• You will draw up export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists and movement certificates
• You will carry out preferential tariff calculations independently and verify the origin of the goods
• You will obtain quotations from freight forwarders and courier services and arrange for collections
• You will coordinate collections and agree on dates with the dispatch department, freight forwarders and customers
• You register consignments with freight forwarders and courier service providers
• You maintain order and dispatch data in the ERP system and, where necessary, use Atlas for customs clearance
• You check freight forwarders’ invoices for factual and numerical accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• You act as the point of contact for customers, freight forwarders and internal departments regarding queries about export procedures and shipment status

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in export processing
• You have good IT skills and are familiar with ERP systems, preferably proALpha
• Knowledge of Atlas would be an advantage
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
• You work with a high degree of initiative and commitment
• You are a team player and are known for your meticulous and structured approach to work
