• You will develop the necessary business processes in accordance with the Foreign Trade Act and the Arms Control Act, implement them and apply them
• You will analyse export and import processes in detail and use this to develop the necessary process changes
• You will oversee all areas of the business with regard to the Foreign Trade Act, the Dual-Use Regulation and US regulations
• You will apply for, manage and monitor export licences independently
• You will carry out export classification and ensure the consistent implementation of national, European and US export regulations
• You will actively support various development projects on all relevant export control issues
• You will provide support in representing the company in dealings with authorities, ministries, customs and relevant interest groups
• You will check foreign trade documents for completeness and accuracy and ensure that all export control-related processes are fully documented

• You hold a degree in logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ relevant professional experience in export control, foreign trade or customs clearance
• You have a sound knowledge of foreign trade documentation, the Union Customs Code and the AWG and ITAR regulations
• Your profile includes native-level (C2) written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English (B2)
• You are characterised by a high level of analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a good technical understanding
• You are a strong communicator and always work with precision, focus on objectives and a strong sense of responsibility as part of a team
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
