• You will coordinate packaging and labelling activities at international contract manufacturers
• You will manage processes independently, coordinating both internal and external interfaces
• You check manufacturing and packaging documentation for completeness and accuracy
• You ensure that timelines, budgets and quality requirements are met throughout the entire process
• You will represent packaging and labelling activities within global trial teams
• You will provide support in the management of ongoing studies
• You will consistently handle and follow up on deviations
• You will develop proposals for improvements to minimise risk and optimise processes
• Where necessary, you will liaise closely with relevant departments and partners to ensure smooth operations

• You hold a Master’s degree in a natural science subject or a qualification as a pharmaceutical technician (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated sector
• You have sound IT skills and are keen to familiarise yourself with new systems and processes
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to be based in Biberach on a regular basis and to work closely as part of a team
• You are characterised by strong communication skills, a structured approach to work and the ability to work well in a team
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
