• You will be responsible for processing and following up on complaints and defect reports
• You will also be responsible for coordinating measures to ensure the proper condition of the building
• You will be in charge of checking and monitoring existing contracts
• You will be the contact person for external service providers:inside, in particular cleaning companies
• you take care of coordination with internal departments and external partners
• you are responsible for providing support with organisational and administrative tasks in the building area
• your tasks include monitoring processes relating to order, cleanliness and functionality of the premises

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in building management, in property management or in a comparable administrative function
• you are confident in using MS Office
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• you also have a car driving licence
• you are organised, communicative and structured
• reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
