• You will be responsible for the precise costing of all facility management services, including all necessary materials and consumables for demanding client projects, based on comprehensive specifications
• You will also be responsible for ongoing market analysis and the in-depth technical and commercial assessment of projects in technical building management
• Furthermore, you will oversee the systematic analysis and economic assessment of all relevant tender risks to reliably safeguard future client projects in day-to-day business operations
• Obtaining structured quotes from subcontractors and professionally selecting suitable suppliers are also part of your varied daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will actively support the timely and professional preparation of complete pre-qualification documents and all necessary tender documents
• Furthermore, you will support the ongoing development and structured maintenance of central benchmark databases to ensure the long-term optimisation of future costing processes
• Finally, you will be responsible for working closely with technical experts (m/f/d) and project managers (m/f/d), and for preparing tender information for specialist departments

• You have completed technical training as a mechatronics technician specialising in HVAC (m/f/d), an electrician (m/f/d), measurement and control technician (m/f/d) or an engineering degree in the field of facility management
• you also have extensive professional experience in technical facility management and in the precise costing of building services maintenance work in an industrial environment
• Your confident use of standard MS Office applications, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint, sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for professional communication in an international environment
• Furthermore, you are willing to travel flexibly within Germany and to other European countries, amounting to approximately 10 to 20 per cent of your working time
• Finally, you are a goal-oriented individual who works very independently, in a structured manner, with a high degree of personal responsibility and genuine team spirit
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
