Job description

  • You will be responsible for the precise costing of all facility management services, including all necessary materials and consumables for demanding client projects, based on comprehensive specifications
  • You will also be responsible for ongoing market analysis and the in-depth technical and commercial assessment of projects in technical building management
  • Furthermore, you will oversee the systematic analysis and economic assessment of all relevant tender risks to reliably safeguard future client projects in day-to-day business operations
  • Obtaining structured quotes from subcontractors and professionally selecting suitable suppliers are also part of your varied daily tasks
