Your responsibilities

• you’ll ensure that buildings, facilities and outdoor areas function reliably
• You’ll handle goods reception, materials management, as well as courier and materials deliveries
• You’ll look after our vehicle fleet and car park management
• You’ll coordinate external service providers and monitor their performance
• You’ll provide support during events and with general facility management tasks
• Finally, you’ll play a part in waste and hazardous materials management

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational apprenticeship in a trade, e.g. as a building management specialist (m/f/d), caretaker (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will have professional experience in facility management or goods logistics
• You have a good command of MS Office
• You possess technical understanding and manual dexterity
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You naturally work independently, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner
• Finally, you impress with your service-oriented approach and enjoyment of working as part of a team
