• You will have overall professional and personnel responsibility for our client’s care home in the Allgäu region
• You will also be responsible for the financial management of all relevant costs and time resources
• You will also oversee the continuous improvement of care quality in accordance with statutory provisions and guidelines
• Working in a spirit of trust with the board of directors is also part of your regular daily tasks and duties
• As part of your role, you will support the expansion of modern care concepts to ensure long-term quality assurance on site
• Furthermore, you will support the professional management and continuous development of all staff under your supervision
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient capacity utilisation and occupancy planning across the entire care facility, in consultation with others

• You have successfully completed a ‘Fachwirt’ (m/f/d) further training programme in the healthcare sector, alongside training as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in a managerial role within the elderly care or nursing sector
• Your confident use of sector-specific software and standard MS Office applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have excellent command of German, at native speaker level, both spoken and written, to ensure reliable documentation
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of organisational skill and strong leadership qualities to the care team
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
• Finally, you are assertive and always work in a solution-oriented manner, taking all economic and quality requirements into account
