• You ensure the smooth operation of all buildings, facilities and utilities, including maintenance, servicing and regular statutory inspections
• You manage external service providers and administer maintenance contracts, authorisations and safety-related documentation
• You are responsible for compliance with occupational safety, environmental and fire protection as well as legal requirements, accident prevention regulations and ISO standards
• You are responsible for hazardous substances, waste, fire protection and radiation protection

• You have a degree in a technical field or technical training with further training as an electrical engineering technician (m/f/d) and relevant professional experience
• You have business management knowledge
• You have experience in energy, cost and budget management, cost and budget management and optimise energy supply and invoice control
• You also have a good command of spoken German and valid working papers
• You lead and organise a facility management team with personnel planning, instructions, project work and cross-departmental cooperation
