• You will independently manufacture fibre-reinforced composite components, for example using vacuum infusion or prepreg processes
• You will process and manufacture GRP and CFRP components in accordance with construction documents and technical drawings
• You will be responsible for documentation and pre-assembly with mechanical components independently
• You will handle goods receipt and dispatch, including incoming and outgoing inspections
• You will assemble components on board ships at shipyards in the local area
• You will work as part of a team and play an active role in shaping efficient processes

• You have completed vocational training, for example as a process mechanic (m/f/d), woodworking technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in the machining and manufacture of GRP/CFRP composites
• You are characterised by a good understanding of technical drawings and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of German at least at B2 level will make your work easier
• A meticulous, structured approach to work, commitment and reliability are key parts of your profile
