• You will analyse, maintain and repair fibre-optic splicing and testing equipment
• Systematic troubleshooting and technical diagnosis will form part of your day-to-day work
• You carry out firmware and software updates
• You also document repairs and service cases
• You check the quality and functionality of the equipment
• Finally, you actively support the optimisation of our service processes

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), communications electronics technician (m/f/d), radio and television technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have experience in repairing electronic devices as well as in technical support or customer service
• you are confident using a PC and IT systems
• A willingness to undertake further professional training is part of your skill set
• You have a good command of written and spoken German; knowledge of English is desirable
• You are characterised by technical understanding and manual dexterity
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner
• The ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
