• You will be responsible for providing personalised support and comprehensive advice to our new and existing customers
• You will be responsible for actively building and expanding your own assigned customer portfolio, as well as processing sales orders
• Your responsibilities will also include handling claims and reporting to the management of the Sales and Service Centre
• You will assist with sales campaigns and take part in information and training events
• You will also represent the company at public events
• You will be responsible for the sales of composite products and products from our partners in health insurance, life insurance and building society savings

• You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as an Insurance and Financial Investments Clerk (m/f/d), Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in selling in-house and third-party products or in advising customers
• Furthermore, you possess strong sales skills, excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• A high level of self-motivation, a performance-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
• you have a strong customer and service focus, as well as the necessary negotiation skills and assertiveness
