• You will be responsible for carrying out commissioning, maintenance, inspections and repairs on the systems directly at the customers’ premises (approx. 80% in Germany and 20% worldwide)
• You will be responsible for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical and control systems
• Your remit will also include instructing and training customer staff in the operation and maintenance of the systems
• In addition, you will be responsible for documenting the work carried out and reporting technical findings to the design and service departments
• Close collaboration with the office staff regarding spare parts supply and scheduling rounds off your role

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), electronic technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• initial professional experience in the servicing or commissioning of machinery and plant is an advantage
• good knowledge of mechanics, electrical/electronic systems and, ideally, PLC control technology are assets
• fluent German and a good command of English are part of your profile
• You are willing to travel extensively and hold a Class B driving licence
• You are characterised by an independent, customer- and solution-oriented approach to your work
