Job description


  • You will be responsible for ensuring that invoices are issued in the correct period by posting goods and value invoices and the corresponding credit notes promptly and thus ensuring the correct invoicing of all services

  • You will carry out the daily statistical recording of key figures relevant to the business and thus ensure that the management has up-to-date data at all times to make decisions, that up-to-date data is available to management at all times for decision-making
  • Finally, you will be responsible for written and verbal correspondence with the health insurance companies, in particular as part of the eAU audit, and work closely with the controlling department and external payroll accounting

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed at least 2.5 years of commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d), paired with several years of professional experience in office management
  • In addition, you have relevant experience in finance, ideally gained in a manufacturing company, and, ideally, extensive knowledge in the complex area of time management
  • Your confident knowledge in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as your experience in dealing with SAP modules and in the area of invoicing will particularly characterise you for this position
