• You will be independently responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You will independently handle all accounting transactions in financial accounting, including bank accounts, general ledger accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• You will post day-to-day business transactions, including bank and cash transactions
• You will process and monitor electronic payments
• You will enter incoming invoices into your document management system
• You carry out bank transfers and inter-company settlements
• You handle the dunning process
• You reliably archive and manage business-related documents

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office administration clerk (m/f/d)
• You have solid experience in financial accounting, particularly in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You are confident in using standard accounting software, ideally DATEV
• You have a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• You work independently and in a structured manner, even when dealing with a high volume of documents
