Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for independently managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You will handle day-to-day payment transactions, monitor bank accounts and manage the dunning process
• You will play an active role in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, as well as the compilation of balance sheets in accordance with the requirements of the German Commercial Code (HGB) or financial regulations
• Preparing documents for audit authorities and tax audits rounds off your role

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in processing and preparing tax returns
• You have knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, financial accounting, balance sheet preparation and invoicing in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• You are fully proficient in using MS Office
