You will be responsible for assisting colleagues with queries regarding budget planning; you will also process- and unscheduled expenditure, as well as handling specialist procedures. You will also be involved in budget planning and the preparation of the annual accounts. Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact for VAT matters and will compile statistics. Last but not least, you will work in the central accounts department and contribute to projects

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or an apprenticeship in the civil service
• You also have relevant professional experience in finance or local government
• You have a strong command of IT and experience in using specialist software
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Your ability to work as part of a team and your reliability round off your profile
• Last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
