• You will process incoming and outgoing invoices and monitor payment transactions
• You will carry out budget planning, as well as the preparation of forecasts and target/actual comparisons, independently
• You will prepare key performance indicators, profitability analyses and management reports for the executive board
• You will play an active role in investment and financing planning as well as in risk assessments
• You will optimise and digitise commercial processes and invoicing workflows
• You will oversee supplier management and carry out procurement controlling
• You will check vouchers and accounting documents for completeness and accuracy
• You will prepare regular analyses and reports on cost trends for internal coordination
• You will assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the accounts department
• You will carry out reconciliations with internal departments and external partners as part of the financial processes

• You have

a successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship specialising in finance, controlling or accounting

or a comparable qualification

• you have several years’ professional experience in finance and controlling
• you are confident using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Analytical thinking, reliability, the ability to work well in a team and an independent approach to work round off your profile
