• You will record and post incoming and outgoing invoices and allocate them to the appropriate accounts
• You will process bank transfers and check the corresponding outgoing and incoming payments
• You will monitor outstanding items in accounts receivable and accounts payable and, where necessary, initiate the clarification process
• You will prepare the annual accounts and compile the necessary documentation
• You will work closely with the tax consultancy, answer enquiries and provide documentation
• In your work, you will use accounting software and MS Office programmes

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• You have already gained some experience in financial accounting
• You are naturally confident in handling incoming and outgoing invoices, account allocation and monitoring open items (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
• You have knowledge of preparing annual accounts
• You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and reliable approach to your work
• You possess the communication skills required to work with the tax consultancy
