• You will be responsible for processing all transactions relating to day-to-day financial accounting
• You will carry out account reconciliation and account balancing (including intercompany account reconciliation)
• You will also be responsible for preparing and finalising the monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparing statistical and VAT returns also forms part of your remit
• You will be responsible for implementing and documenting controls over financial processes for the internal control system
• Reporting and monitoring for the parent company round off your remit

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d), bookkeeper (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• you have several years’ professional experience, ideally in a manufacturing company
• you are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• working independently and meticulously comes naturally to you
• you stand out thanks to your high level of initiative and flexibility
• you impress with your commitment, willingness to perform, productivity and confidence
