• You will be responsible for day-to-day financial accounting, including account reconciliation, payment processing and debt collection
• You will also prepare the advance VAT return, ZM and Intrastat declarations
• You will also prepare the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and assist in their compilation
• Furthermore, you will assist with short-term cash flow planning
• Finally, you will be responsible for general administrative tasks

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a tax assistant (m/f/d), accounts clerk (m/f/d) or a commercial apprenticeship
• Experience in financial accounting or human resources management would be an advantage
• You are also confident in using modern ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics) as well as standard MS Office products (particularly Excel) and MS Teams
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team come naturally to you
