• You will be responsible for independently managing the bookkeeping for several companies as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable and bank payment transactions, cash and G/L accounts
• You will also be responsible for archiving all receipts and reconciling accounts
• You will be in charge of preparing the HGB financial statements for these companies up to the handover and reconciliation with the tax consultant (m/f/d)
• You will take care of asset accounting for several companies, advance VAT returns and supporting the financial accounting department of Max Wild GmbH
• Processing external enquiries from tax consultants, tax auditors and financial partners:(m/f/d) is part of your area of responsibility
• The business registrations for new companies and general administrative activities are part of your tasks

• You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have good knowledge of tax law
• ideally, you have gained experience in accounting
• you are confident in using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
