• You will independently record and post all business transactions and ensure that the accounts are kept in order
• You will be responsible for monitoring daily payment transactions, keeping track of incoming and outgoing payments
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements on time and in close consultation with senior management or the tax consultancy
• You will manage the accounts conscientiously, ensuring transparency and order in the financial data

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have some initial professional experience in bookkeeping
• You are comfortable using MS Office, and you are confident using accounting software such as DATEV or Navision
• you have a good command of German to confidently handle processes, documents and communication
• you are characterised by a structured and meticulous approach to your work
