• You manage asset acquisitions and disposals and post them correctly
• You maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile them regularly
• You are responsible for preparing monthly VAT returns, as well as reports to the Bundesbank and other legally required reports
• You will reliably carry out all day-to-day accounting entries
• You will check receivables and payables and ensure that our suppliers are paid on time

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), a tax clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in finance and accounting
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
