Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

• You will carry out day-to-day financial accounting independently
• You will post incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and promptly
• You will maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable and keep the master data up to date
• You will check and process travel expense and credit card statements
• As part of the dunning process, you will monitor incoming payments and issue reminders where necessary
• You process and monitor open item lists and resolve outstanding items
• You handle payment transactions and post incoming and outgoing payments
• Account reconciliations and clarifications form part of your duties
• You assist with the monthly closing procedures and prepare accounting documents

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have undertaken further training in financial accounting or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in day-to-day financial accounting, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of spoken German
• You work meticulously and in a structured manner
