• You will manage the accounts for our clients independently and post day-to-day transactions correctly
• You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements independently and finalise them for our clients
• You will prepare balance sheets and reconcile them with the underlying accounts
• You will reliably handle payment transactions and monitor incoming and outgoing payments
• You carry out ongoing balance and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• The day-to-day processing and maintenance of accounts forms part of your duties
• You will clarify technical queries and coordinate documentation in direct communication with clients and authorities
• For financial reporting and consolidation, you will use SAP and other IT systems for postings, analyses and year-end closing procedures

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d),

tax clerk (m/f/d) or accountant (m/f/d)

or a comparable qualification

• You have several years’ professional experience in accounting or consolidation
• You are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
