• You will be responsible for processing payments
• This involves posting entries and monitoring bank accounts and cash holdings
• You will also be responsible for monitoring receivables and payables, including the dunning process
• You will handle day-to-day financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounts)
• You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimising accounting processes and procedures
• Furthermore, you will provide specialist support to colleagues at our branch offices in Lübben and Görlitz as required

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will also have gained some professional experience in financial accounting
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel
• Good written and spoken German is also an asset
• You are characterised by analytical thinking, a strong affinity for numbers and a structured approach to your work
• The ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive data come naturally to you
