• You will be responsible for independently handling day-to-day financial accounting and for the accurate recording of all daily business transactions in accordance with legal requirements
• You will also be responsible for the correct posting of all current vouchers and will maintain the relevant general ledger accounts in a structured manner as part of day-to-day operations
• You will also oversee regular account reconciliations and ensure transparency in all accounting processes within the company
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as the ongoing reconciliation of open items, will also form part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will actively support the team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Furthermore, you will assist with general commercial tasks in the finance department and contribute to matters relevant to audits
• Finally, you will be responsible for liaising with external contacts and ensuring the completeness of all finance-related documents

• You have completed further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) as well as a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ practical professional experience in financial accounting, as well as in-depth experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• you stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of DATEV and your proficiency in using the standard applications of the MS Office suite
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication within the company
