• In this role, you will carry out monthly accounting tasks, including reconciling bank and credit card accounts
• You will handle all payment transactions and regularly maintain the company’s accounts
• You will assist with the advance VAT return and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Electronic bookkeeping, data transmission and special accounting cases are part of your day-to-day work
• You will manage the dunning process and act as the point of contact for financial and tax auditors as well as tax advisers
• You will actively drive forward the continuous optimisation and digitalisation of accounting processes

• You have successfully completed a three-year vocational training programme in a commercial or accounting role
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in financial accounting
• You have a sound knowledge of IT and are confident using standard accounting software and MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have no objection to shift work, provided it is necessary
• You are characterised by strong teamwork skills, reliability and a meticulous approach to your work
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit
