You will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, general accounting and fixed asset accounting; this also includes managing bank accounts, payment transactions and account reconciliations. In addition, you will handle the dunningand receivables management. You will also handle advance VAT returns and tax returns, carry out the monthly closing and be responsible for preparing and assisting with the annual accounts. Furthermore, you will process provisions and accruals. Your responsibilities also include reconciling stock levels and inventory. You’ll also collaborate with tax advisers, auditors and tax authorities. As part of process optimisation, you’ll automate recurring tasks and improve the integration of ERP, digital invoice processing, bank data and bookkeeping. In doing so, you will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel. As your experience grows, you will delegate tasks within the team, coordinate financial statements and cover arrangements, train new staff, establish standards and further develop the financial accounting system in collaboration with senior management

• You have completed a commercial or tax-related qualification, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Business Administrator (m/f/d), or a degree with a specialisation in accounting, finance or business administration
• ideally, you will also have 2–4 years’ practical experience in bookkeeping or tax consultancy
• you understand bookkeeping in context and work meticulously, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner
• You are also open to digitalisation and automation and enjoy working with figures and systems
• You are keen to take on responsibility, make decisions and aspire to lead a team in the future
• Knowledge of Business Central would be an advantage, but is not a requirement
