• You will check, enter and post outgoing invoices and ensure that accounts receivable are correctly managed
• You will carry out account reconciliations for accounts receivable independently
• You will verify, check, enter and post incoming invoices and reconcile accounts payable
• You will prepare and carry out payment runs
• You will be responsible for the dunning process; you will also monitor credit limits and play an active role in minimising bad debts
• You maintain and manage customer and supplier master data, checking that it is up to date and complete
• You check, post and pay travel expenses in accordance with the applicable guidelines
• You will assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• You will provide relevant documents and reports in a timely manner

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have at least 5 years’ professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the manufacturing sector
• You have experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, debt collection and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• You are proficient in using standard Office applications and Microsoft D365
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
