• You will handle day-to-day financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting
• You will manage payment transactions and the dunning process
• You will draw up liquidityand financial planning, as well as cost analyses
• You will analyse variances between target and actual figures and develop KPIs
• You will provide support with payroll
• You will ensure compliance with legal requirements

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping
• basic knowledge of human resources would be an advantage
• You are confident using MS Office and the ERP system (ProAlpha preferred)
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
