• You will carry out day-to-day bookkeeping, including posting invoices, bank and cash entries, and the reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• you will also post to and maintain accounts receivable, for example in the dunning process or when monitoring payments, as well as accounts payable, including the verification and allocation of payments
• You will post incoming and outgoing invoices
• In addition, you will be responsible for payroll accounting
• You will assist with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• You will also process payment transactions, outgoing invoices and the cash book
• You will maintain master data as part of your day-to-day work

• You have completed training as a financial accountant (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• experience in bookkeeping is desirable
• you are also confident using accounting software, such as DATEV, SAP or Lexware
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a strong grasp of numbers and analytical thinking
• You work carefully and accurately
• A strong sense of responsibility rounds off your profile
