You will be responsible for posting bank statements; you will also identify and investigate transactions that have not been automatically allocated; you will handle correspondence with customers in cases where direct debits cannot be processed; furthermore, you will monitor payment transactions; you will also process open itemsand overpayments, and resolve such cases. Last but not least, you will carry out offsetting and corrections. You will also post invoices from the export business. You will independently find solutions to bookkeeping problems in the area of financial accounting. You will prepare, check and execute scheduled direct debit runs. Finally, you prepare, manage and monitor reminder procedures for individual payment types, and forward them to the enforcement authorities

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with a qualification in financial accounting
• You also have relevant professional experience in financial accounting
• You have sound IT skills and are confident in using MS Office and financial accounting software
• Good written and spoken German is an asset
• an independent approach to work, reliability and a solution-oriented mindset round off your profile
• last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
