• You will be responsible for the accurate posting of all bank statements and will independently research the correct allocation in cases where entries are unclear or cannot be processed automatically
• You will also be responsible for written correspondence with customers regarding incorrect debits and will continuously monitor the smooth running of all payment transactions
• Furthermore, you will oversee the ongoing processing of outstanding items, resolve existing overpayments, and carry out any necessary offsetting and corrections
• Your duties also include the timely account allocation and posting of all incoming and outgoing invoices from the international export business
• As part of your role, you will support the timely preparation, careful verification and prompt execution of all scheduled direct debit runs in the system
• Furthermore, you will support the structured handling of dunning procedures, check all reminders sent out and refer outstanding cases to the enforcement authorities
• Finally, you will be responsible for independently finding solutions to complex accounting issues, thereby ensuring the high quality of the entire financial accounting process

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a financial accountant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have sound practical professional experience in financial accounting and the competent processing of accounting transactions
• your confident proficiency in using modern ERP systems and standard MS Office applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German to enable professional communication with all business partners
• Furthermore, you hold a valid driving licence and own a car to ensure you can reach your place of work easily on a daily basis
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
