Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will be independently responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You will process all accounting transactions in financial accounting independently, including banking, general ledger accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• You will post day-to-day business transactions, including bank and cash transactions
• You will handle and monitor electronic payments
• You will enter incoming invoices into your document management system
• You will carry out bank transfers and inter-company settlements
• You will handle the dunning process
• You will reliably archive and manage business-related documents

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• You have solid experience in financial accounting, particularly in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You are confident using standard accounting software, ideally DATEV
• You have a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• You work independently and in a structured manner, even when dealing with a high volume of documents
