• You are responsible for posting and reconciling all accounts (debtors, creditors and G/L accounts)
• You systematically monitor and maintain the cost centres
• Prepare and independently execute payment transactions
• You maintain and check incoming payments, accounts are regularly reconciled
• You are responsible for processing travel expense reports
• You prepare statistics and analyses in a structured manner
• You conscientiously maintain master data
• You are responsible for correspondence and documentation in your area of responsibility
• You keep an eye on payment flows including dunning
• You provide comprehensive support for asset accounting
• You work closely and cooperatively with the management and specialist departments

• You have a commercial education, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting
• You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• The confident use of accounting software such as DATEV or SFirm is a matter of course for you
• Very good MS Office skills characterise you
• Your German language skills are excellent, English skills are an advantage
• you work in a structured, conscientious and always solution-oriented manner
