• You will be responsible for posting day-to-day business transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable, whilst complying with all applicable tax principles
• You will also be responsible for the careful checking, correct account allocation and timely posting of all incoming invoices received by the company
• Furthermore, you will oversee the complete processing and ongoing reconciliation of all bank and cash entries for day-to-day financial management
• Your responsibilities also include the timely execution of payment transactions and the reliable monitoring of all tax and operational deadlines
• As part of your role, you will actively support the entire team in preparing monthly, quarterly and key annual financial statements
• Furthermore, you will assist with the meticulous reconciliation of general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts, and be responsible for maintaining all master data

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ professional experience in financial accounting, ideally gained in an industrial setting
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of common accounting software such as SAGE, as well as your proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• You have native-level proficiency in German and are confident in both spoken and written communication
• Furthermore, you work in a structured, meticulous and independent manner, and possess strong teamwork skills and a high degree of reliability
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
