• You will be responsible for independently posting day-to-day transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable, in accordance with internal guidelines and processes
• You will also be responsible for the accurate verification, account allocation and posting of all incoming invoices in the daily workflow
• You will also oversee the structured processing and reconciliation of bank and cash entries as part of day-to-day financial management

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Tax Clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have more than three years’ professional experience in comprehensive financial accounting within an industrial environment
• Your solid knowledge of standard accounting software – ideally Sage – as well as MS Office sets you apart
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, together with your high level of commitment, round off your profile
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of teamwork and absolute reliability in your day-to-day collaboration with
