• You will be responsible for independently managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as conscientiously handling all associated day-to-day business transactions
• You will also be responsible for the proper management of fixed asset accounting, including the recording of additions and disposals of all assets
• Furthermore, you will oversee the thorough verification, correct account allocation and precise posting of all incoming and outgoing invoices in accordance with the applicable guidelines
• Carrying out regular account reconciliations and processing all pending payment runs are also part of your varied day-to-day responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the timely preparation of the monthly financial statements and the thorough preparation of our client’s annual financial statements
• Furthermore, you will support the Controlling department by systematically compiling relevant data and preparing the monthly payroll taxand VAT returns
• Finally, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of meaningful business analyses to provide targeted support to senior management in key operational decisions

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in finance and accountancy within a manufacturing company or a comparable environment
• your confident use of standard IT applications and MS Office, as well as modern ERP systems, sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have business-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written, at a native level, ensuring consistently professional and seamless day-to-day communication
• Furthermore, you possess a strong aptitude for numbers, reliability and a consistently meticulous, independent and goal-oriented approach to working as part of a team
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
