You will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable; you will also manage fixed asset accounting. You will check incoming and outgoing invoices, allocate them to the correct accounts and post them. Furthermore, you carry out account reconciliations; you are also responsible for running payment cycles. You prepare the monthly financial statements and the annual accounts; in addition, you provide support for the Controlling department; last but not least, you submit monthly payroll taxand VAT returns, and produce business analyses (BWA)

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally in finance
• You have several years’ professional experience in finance
• You have excellent IT skills and are proficient in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A high degree of attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work well in a team round off your profile
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany are essential
