• You work accurately and reliably when recording, checking and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• You allocate the documents correctly and assign them to the appropriate accounts
• You clarify open items and differences in the debtor and creditor accounts independently
• You regularly check overdue receivables and payables, so that you maintain an overview at all times
• Process expense and travel expense reports carefully and completely
• Process payment transactions and monitor all relevant payment runs
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• You take over invoicing reliably and you also keep an eye on hourly bookings and licences
• You create weekly and monthly reports and evaluations of the booked hours in a structured and comprehensible manner

• You have a professional qualification or training as an accountant (m/f/d)
• You have specialist knowledge in accounting and you use it confidently
• Experience with accounting software such as DATEV, SAP or other financial systems
• You have knowledge of tax law and compliance issues
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and you communicate clearly
• You think analytically and recognise connections quickly
