• In this role, you will support us on a full-time basis in accounts payable using SAP during the planned assignment period from 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027
• You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping: you will enter, allocate to accounts and post all documents, such as incoming and outgoing invoices, cash and bank transactions, in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the Principles of Proper Accounting (GoB)
• You will monitor payment terms, process payments, settle outstanding items and issue reminders to customers
• You will prepare and draw up monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as the profit and loss account (P&L)
• You will assist with the preparation of tax returns and advance VAT returns
• You will work closely with senior management, the controlling department, auditors and tax advisers

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), banking clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d),
• Alternatively, you have a degree in business administration with practical further training in financial accounting
• As a financial accountant, you have extensive experience in accounts payable and check and post incoming invoices in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• You are confident in using ERP and accounting software such as SAP or DATEV, as well as Excel
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit for Germany, round off your profile
