• You will check, allocate to the correct accounts and post incoming and outgoing invoices, and enter them correctly and on time into the system
• You will handle the dunning process, issue reminders and act as the point of contact for enquiries regarding payments
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, working closely with the tax adviser (m/f/d) or management
• You will calculate and record the tax liability and, for example, submit advance VAT returns by the deadline

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on financial accounting, bookkeeping or taxation
• you also have practical experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• You are confident using MS Office, as well as standard accounting and ERP systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
