• You will be responsible for working independently and in a structured manner to ensure the professional preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the applicable HGB guidelines
• You will also be responsible for the independent and comprehensive processing of all business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and fixed asset accounting, including account reconciliation
• Furthermore, you will oversee the reliable processing of domestic and international payments and be responsible for the consistent implementation and monitoring of the dunning process
• The targeted preparation, in-depth analysis and timely provision of all relevant financial indicators for Controlling and management are also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will actively support monthly financial reporting and, to this end, prepare meaningful business analyses for senior management
• Furthermore, you will support the continuous optimisation of all accounting processes through the targeted use of modern digital tools and forward-looking AI solutions
• Finally, you will be responsible for the timely preparation and submission of all statutory statistical reports to the relevant authorities and institutions

• Further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or financial statement accountant (m/f/d), building on a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ relevant professional experience in a comparable role within the accounts department of a manufacturing company
• Your solid knowledge of the standard ERP systems SAP or DATEV, as well as your proficiency in using MS Officeapplications
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for international communication
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of analytical thinking, reliability and a strong ability to work as part of a team when collaborating with
