• You will be responsible for the independent coordination, preparation and quality-assured processing of all payment transactions for the various operational business units
• you will also be responsible for carefully checking the imported payment runs and obtaining all necessary approvals
• You will also oversee daily overdraft monitoring using bank statements and analyse any discrepancies in the payment flow independently and systematically
• Monitoring incomplete entries in sub-accounts and clarifying the correct account allocation also fall within your remit
• As part of your role, you will assist with the recording of manual payments where required and manage the preparation of relevant foreign currency transactions with confidence
• Furthermore, you will support day-to-day operations in the areas of reporting and the general ledger, and act as a competent point of contact for the banks involved
• Finally, you will be responsible for preparing intra-group payment runs and maintaining key posting rules in the automated banking system SAP-Feba

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), as a Tax Clerk (m/f/d) or Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have very good practical experience in financial accounting and possess in-depth specialist knowledge of operational payment transactions
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of standard MS Office applications such as Excel and Outlook, as well as practical experience with SAP-FI
• You have excellent written and spoken German, as well as a good, confident command of English
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of strong teamwork skills, a high level of reliability and a very quick grasp of new concepts to the role
• Finally, you are a completely trustworthy individual and always work entirely independently, in a structured manner and with a high level of personal competence
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
