• You will independently handle accounts payable, check incoming invoices for accuracy and correctness, and post them to the correct accounts
• In accounts receivable, you will record and post outgoing invoices and monitor incoming payments
• Fixed asset accounting is part of your remit: you will record additions and disposals and calculate depreciation
• You will monitor and process payment transactions, such as payment runs and account reconciliations
• You will manage the dunning process independently and resolve outstanding items with customers and suppliers
• You will support the company in the preparation of business analyses and reports by providing processed figures
• You will prepare the annual accounts by reconciling accounts and making accrual entries
• You liaise with tax advisers and the relevant authorities and provide the necessary documents and information
• You reliably carry out general administrative tasks in the finance department, such as filing and documenting accounting records

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or bank clerk (m/f/d)
• You have gained professional experience in financial accounting, particularly in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You have knowledge of fixed asset accounting and the preparation of annual accounts
• You are confident in handling payments and dunning procedures thanks to your previous experience
• You have a good command of MS Office, particularly Excel, and can quickly familiarise yourself with accounting software
• You have strong communication skills in German when liaising with tax advisers, authorities, clients and suppliers
