• You will assist and support the existing accounts team in their day-to-day operations
• You will also help prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• In addition, you will carry out account reconciliations, accruals and other financial statement tasks, or provide support with these
• You will analyse and validate monthly financial statements and resolve discrepancies
• You will also assist with day-to-day financial accounting and special accounting matters
• You will also assist in the preparation and compilation of budgets and forecasts
• You will work closely with internal contacts at the German and Austrian companies, as well as at the Group headquarters in Switzerland
• Finally, you will assist with the optimisation and standardisation of accounting processes and procedures

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a tax clerk (m/f/d), with further training in finance, accounting or management accounting
• you also have several years’ professional experience in financial accounting or bookkeeping, ideally within an internationally active group of companies
• you will stand out with your good knowledge of preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Your spoken and written German is good
• Your approach to work is analytical, structured and meticulous
• Furthermore, you are an independent, reliable and solution-oriented individual
• You are characterised by perseverance and a strong hands-on approach
