• You will be responsible for the comprehensive review, recording and posting of all current business transactions in strict compliance with the applicable accounting guidelines and legal requirements
• In addition, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of all incoming and outgoing payments and the associated precise liquidity planning for the entire company
• Furthermore, you will be in charge of the informative open item list, carry out the dunning process independently and always communicate promptly and professionally with all external business partners
• You will also be involved in the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring high data quality at all times

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) and have sound specialist knowledge
• In addition, you have at least three to four years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment or an industrial company
• You are characterised by your confident knowledge of digital accounting systems and professional handling of common MS 365 applications in your daily work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication with customers and internal departments:and internal departments
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of initiative and enjoy critically questioning existing processes and developing sustainable solutions for financial accounting
