• You will carry out monthly payroll accounting independently and on time, ensuring a smooth payroll process
• In the continuous maintenance of personnel and accounting data, you will ensure that all master data is always up-to-date and correct
• As the central point of contact for authorities, health insurance funds and social insurance providers, you will provide reliable answers to tax and contribution law questions
• by assisting with ongoing financial accounting, you will support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• by preparing statutory reports and certificates on time, you will ensure that all legal requirements are met

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by a suitable additional qualification
• with your several years of experience in payroll accounting or financial accounting, you bring sound practical experience to your day-to-day work
• thanks to your up-to-date knowledge of payroll tax and social security law, you can act with professional confidence
• you are confident in dealing with common ERP and accounting systems such as DATEV or SAP as well as MS Office
