• You cut, drill, mill, turn and weld metal parts in accordance with technical drawings and reshape them
• You fabricate made-to-measure components such as railings, staircases, gates, fences and canopies
• You also fabricate metal windows and doors and prepare them for installation
• You read technical drawings and specifications carefully and implement them professionally in the manufacturing process
• You maintain, repair and service metal structures, machinery and industrial plant
• You install the fabricated components professionally on site and align them precisely
• You check dimensions, welds and surfaces to ensure the quality of your work
• You keep tools, machinery and work equipment in good working order, whilst observing health and safety regulations

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or fitter (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in metalworking, such as cutting, milling, drilling, turning and forming
• Your manual dexterity and sound technical understanding are strong points in your favour
